We're Looking for a Senior Practitioner to Join Our Tiny Team in the Barn

We're a small, passionate team working in the most magical setting you can imagine--a beautiful old barn we've lovingly transformed into a calm, nurturing nursery.

One of our wonderful team members is moving on to new adventures, so we're now looking for a

Senior Practitioner

to join us. Someone experienced, kind, and full of heart. Someone who genuinely loves working with children and wants to be part of something really special.

A Bit About Us

We're not a big, noisy setting. We're small, close-knit, and incredibly proud of what we've created. The relationships we have--with each other, with our children, and with our families--are at the centre of everything. You'll feel that the moment you walk through the door.

Our children are joyful, curious little explorers, and because our numbers are low, we really get to know each of them as individuals. We spend lots of time outdoors, follow their interests, and create space for slow, meaningful play.

What We're Looking For

Level 3 qualified (or above) with strong early years experience Someone confident in leading by example and supporting others A love of nature, open-ended play and child-led learning A warm, gentle presence that children are naturally drawn to A genuine team player who brings positivity and care to every day
