Location: Birmingham
Salary: 40,000 - 49,000 per annum
Hours: Full Time, 37.5 per week

We are seeking

Senior Occupational Therapist / Lead Occupational Therapist

. The service provides expert rehabilitation for adults with neurological conditions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the Occupational Therapy team Ensuring the delivery of a highly specialist service Independently manage a complex caseload, using expert neurorehabilitation knowledge and skills Provide supervision, teaching, and appraisal for junior staff, assistants, and students Contribute to service planning, development, and evaluation Support clinical governance, quality assurance, and incident reporting Ensure high standards of communication with patients, families, and external professionals

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

HCPC registration (Occupational Therapist) Significant experience in a neurorehabilitation setting Proven ability to independently manage a complex caseload Strong leadership and communication skills
