The role

We're looking for a

Senior Operations Analyst

to join our trading operations team - someone who combines a deep understanding of investment operations with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for solving problems.


You'll be focused on resolving trade-related issues, often involving complex remediation calculations. You'll use your industry knowledge to unpick problems, coordinate cross-functional responses, and ensure fair and timely outcomes for customers. As the SME in the team for trading processes and investment products, you'll also support with guidance, training, and continuous improvement efforts.

On a typical day, you will...

Investigate and resolve trade-related incidents or errors, coordinating with counterparties and internal teams Perform and validate complex remediation calculations Monitor order flow across funds and exchange traded instruments, escalating exceptions and trends Use your knowledge of platforms, instruments and markets to spot emerging issues and drive improvements Collaborate with product, engineering, and external partners to embed fixes and enhance resilience Support with operational delivery and control oversight, maintaining confidence in our service Coach team members and share expertise on fund dealing, order routing, and investment operations Ensure all processes and remediation steps are compliant with COBS, CASS and industry best practices

You have strong knowledge of investment operations, trading processes, and industry standards You're confident performing manual or calculated corrections for trading errors or market events You enjoy working through complexity and take a structured, outcome-focused approach to problem solving You're a great communicator who can clearly explain technical issues and proposed solutions You're comfortable operating across teams - from compliance and operations to product and engineering You're happy balancing day-to-day delivery with incident response and longer-term remediation You take ownership and follow through - delivering solutions that work for customers and for the business

37,000 and 40,000

- dependant on experience + reviewed annually

Interview process

Interviewing is a two-way thing, and we want you to have the time and opportunity to get to know us, as much as we are getting to know you. Our interviews are conversational, so come with questions and be curious. In general, you can expect the interview process to look a bit like this, (following an initial chat with one of our Talent team):

First stage - 45 mins competencies-based interview with the hiring manager and another team team member Second stage - one-hour technical interview or assessment
