The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle ERP solutions, with expertise in implementing, configuring, and optimising ERP applications. The ideal candidate should be comfortable knowledge sharing, and mentoring and coaching less experienced colleagues.
Responsibilities include:
Product Development - Define, develop and execute the Odyssea(TM) methodology for Oracle ERP solutions (which includes building industry vertical ERP solutions as well as the approach to implement them)
Project Delivery - Create project plans, activities and deliverables (including internal projects). This also includes solution design, architecture and documentation
Team engagement - foster an open communication environment, support and assist other team members, mentor and coach less experienced colleagues. On occasion, participate in recruitment activities
Client engagement delivery - lead/engage with clients on ERP transformation/change programmes, including hands-on configuration, stakeholder management and building long-term partnerships. This may also include working with clients to define and structure their ERP business functions
Business development - collaborate with sales team to create compelling proposals and presentations for prospective clients
Thought leadership - staying up to date on industry treads, participate at events and conferences. Provide insight, innovation and thought leadership to clients on the latest thinking across ERP

Remote/hybrid working location, but depending on where you live, you will have a base location at our head office in Langstone, Wales or at our satellite office in Guildford, Surrey
Travel will be required to our offices and client sites as the project requires. If you are successful for this position, you will be expected to travel as necessary, which may include overnight stays away from your home location
Standard Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) including Disclosure Barring Scotland (DBS) is a minimum requirement for all roles. Developing Oracle ERP templated solutions, methodologies or approaches. In-depth knowledge of Oracle ERP Cloud applications, including General Ledger, Intercompany, Receivables, Collections, Payables, Fixed Assets, Tax and Cash Management.
