Job Description

You will manage your own caseload in the community. As part of the integrated care team you will work closely with the rest of the MDT to provide the best possible outcomes for our service users in Rushcliffe. You will have a degree/diploma in Occupational Therapy & be HCPC registered. You should possess excellent interpersonal and time management skills, be a good communicator and able to prioritise and work well as a member of a team.



An induction period and supernumerary support will be given. Ideally you will have experience of working in the NHS in the UK and being part of our healthcare services. You will work with system partners to deliver care on Pathway 1 of Discharge to Assess and be part of Notts Transfer of Care Hub Please note applicants will be required to pay for their DBS check. Costs are deducted from salary following appointment.



The cost of the DBS application is 26.40 (standard) or 54.40 (enhanced), this cost will be deducted from your salary over the first 2 months of employment. You are encouraged to enrol for the DBS Update Service. An annual fee of 16 per year applies.
