stone fabrication micro-business
based in
St Leonards-on-Sea, East Sussex
, specialising in bespoke interior stonework for over 22 years. Known for our craftsmanship and attention to detail, we're now looking for a confident and capable individual with a proactive, sales-minded approach to join our skilled and friendly team.

, directly alongside the company director, with a broad and interesting range of responsibilities.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
:
Managing all administrative communications: email, phone, calendar and customer queries
Producing and following up on quotations, and progressing the sales process
Coordinating templating and fitting appointments with customers and workshop team
Preparing invoices (deposit and balance), job sheets, and care instructions
Overseeing digital and physical filing systems and maintaining job records
Ordering materials, tracking deliveries, and liaising with suppliers
Handling customer care, testimonials, and showroom appointments
Supporting marketing, testimonials and promotional communication
Monitoring office supplies, booking couriers, and managing customer samples
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
Experienced in high-level administration.
Highly organised, independent and detail - focused
Sales-motivated
- confident following up quotes and converting enquiries into jobs
A clear communicator with
excellent written and spoken English
Strong in IT skills
(Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel; digital filing)
Self motivated
and able to
multi-task
effectively
Comfortable
liaising with clients
, suppliers, and tradespeople
Friendly and calm under pressure, with a
good sense of initiative
Sales-aware and willing to
support business growth
Experience with quoting, QuickBooks, and working within a small business or creative/trade environment is a plus.

Salary
:
28,000 - 32,000 per annum
(pro-rata for part-time), depending on experience and level of responsibility.
This reflects the seniority of the role, which includes administrative leadership, sales coordination, and operational support. Candidates with relevant industry knowledge or software experience (e.g., QuickBooks) may be considered at the higher end of the range.
