We are looking for a Senior Paid Media Consultant to join our paid media team based in London, and work with some of the coolest brands in the industry.

As a Senior Paid Media Consultant at Vervaunt, you will lead the development and execution of paid media campaigns, driving client growth through innovative tactics and deep industry insights.

You'll cultivate strong client relationships, ensure high standards of quality and efficiency with your direct reports, and collaborate closely to deliver impactful digital marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Platform and Campaign Management

Thorough understanding of key performance marketing platforms such as; Google, Meta and TikTok Demonstrate a clear understanding of client priorities and align campaign delivery to drive growth. Explore opportunities for account development, testing, and early adoption of new features. Ensure client KPIs and forecasts are met; propose and implement strategies to exceed these goals. Effectively manage workflow of activations across platforms to ensure SLAs are met, providing hands on support with the team where needed Build and maintain strong relationships with agency managers across the key platforms. Utilize these connections to enhance client deliverables with industry benchmarks, competitor insights, CPC analysis, and access to beta features.

Client Relationships & Management

Lead client meetings confidently, setting clear agendas and managing expectations. Ensure transparent communication through clear task management and reporting. Prioritize client satisfaction by avoiding issues such as missed deadlines and QA discrepancies. Communicate effectively with managers about any expected issues. Support the development of comprehensive 30/60/90-day roadmaps for clients. Initiate concepting and ideation, refining strategies with PTLs and Account Directors, ensuring these are delivered in a timely manner. Feed in and support on forecasting and broader business planning ensuring we are all aligned on the pillars of success.

Team Management and Relationships

Build and create comprehensive Personal Development Plans (PDPs) for direct reports. Conduct regular development meetings to provide constructive feedback and track progress. Monitor and optimize team efficiency through review of Harvest reports. Identify and address skill gaps impacting output, collaborating with PTLs to implement improvement plans. Share insights and learnings from client engagements with the wider team. Proactively support team members in Slack channels, serving as a resource for questions and best practices. Lead by example in maintaining rigorous QA standards. Ensure consultants under your supervision adhere to QA processes and continuously develop industry knowledge to deliver expert-level service to clients. Assist in interviewing candidates for your pod, ensuring alignment with team needs and culture.

Wider Business

Actively participate in business sprint initiatives, supporting Performance Team Leaders and above to achieve project goals effectively and on time. New business - Collaborate with senior management on auditing and delivering new business pitches, showcasing Vervaunt's capabilities and expertise.

About You

You have proven experience in managing paid media campaigns and client relationships. You have strong analytical skills with proficiency in platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc. You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You have the ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You're experienced in team leadership and development, fostering a collaborative team culture.

Desirable Skills & Experience

Excellent knowledge and certifications in Google ads, Facebook blueprint and any other equivalent platforms Experience in the agency environment managing diverse client portfolios. Demonstrated success in driving digital marketing growth through innovative strategies. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build productive working relationships both internally and externally. Highly organized, with previous experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
