Senior Partnerships Officer

Medway, ENG, GB, United Kingdom

Job Description

The University of Greenwich is a diverse, forward-thinking institution committed to delivering high-quality education, research, and global engagement. The Faculty of Engineering and Science, based across our Greenwich and Medway campuses, is proud of its extensive network of domestic and transnational education (TNE) partners, supporting thousands of students globally and shaping the future of STEM education.

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Senior Partnerships Officer to lead the coordination and administration of the faculty's UK and international partnership activity. Reporting to the Faculty Partnerships Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Faculty's collaborative programmes, strengthening institutional relationships, and ensuring the delivery of a high-quality student and partner experience.

In this varied and hands-on role, you will manage operational processes for TNE delivery--including registration, assessment coordination, academic boards, and quality assurance--while also contributing to strategic development through training, systems implementation, and international visits. You will line-manage a small team of Partnership Officers and act as the main liaison between faculty departments, partner institutions, and central university services including AQU, the International Office, Admissions, and Student Records.

You will be central to managing assessment operations, supporting External Examiners, facilitating programme quality reviews, and maintaining oversight of collaborative student data, SharePoint portals, and learning platforms such as Moodle. You will also support recruitment and mobility activities, including arranging travel and logistics, while contributing to the wider development of partnerships through effective reporting, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.
