Our Institutional Retirement division provides pension risk transfer (PRT) solutions for UK and US defined benefit (DB) schemes, and reinsurance solutions from our global hub in Bermuda. We work with companies, DB pension schemes and their advisors to help them secure and protect scheme members' retirement benefits.

Are you passionate about delivering accurate and timely payroll services? At Legal & General, we're looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative individual to join our UK PRT Client Services team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the smooth transition and ongoing management of pensioner payrolls, ensuring excellent outcomes for our customers.
What you'll be doing:

• Loading pensioner schemes and amendments onto payment systems
• Managing buy-in payments and true-up calculations
• Supporting brokers, Trustees, and members with complex schemes
• Ensuring benefits and payments align with specifications
• Testing and documenting processes for consistency
• Communicating key updates to internal and external stakeholders
• Creating efficient processes with full audit trails
• Supporting and training team members in new procedures

Qualifications
Who we're looking for:

• Understanding of defined benefit pension schemes
• Ability to work to tight deadlines with clear communication
• Knowledge of GDPR, Money Laundering, and Treating Customers Fairly
• Strong awareness of team and business risks
• Customer-focused mindset with relationship-building skills
• Confidence working with data in Excel
• Experience with core administrative systems
• Ability to prioritise and organise tasks effectively
