Senior Pharmacist, Patient Services
Job Description
Responsible for the management, development, monitoring and professional/clinical leadership of all aspects of the Patient Services section of the Pharmacy Department via a team of directly accountable staff. Ensures that services are delivered to a high standard in a safe and cost effective manner according to relevant legislation, professional standards/requirements and local strategy. Responsible for the oversight of all dispensary based clinical trials. Contributes to the operational and general management of the pharmacy department in conjunction with other principal pharmacists and performs an active role in the strategic development of pharmacy services and medicines management initiatives
