About the role
------------------
As the Senior Planning & Performance Manager, you will support in the coordination of our campaign management and annual planning, as well as oversee the relationship management and reporting for our strategic capital projects.
This role will be the linchpin in our planning activity, ensuring that our complex programme of work across the department, particularly in relation to the upcoming campaign, delivers on our ambitious objectives.
The role also involves high-level partnership management for our strategic capital projects, whereby you'll manage and track performance and represent Advancement on Project Boards and Working Groups as appropriate.
This is a new role in a growing and evolving Planning & Performance team so you will have the opportunity to shape it. We are facilitators, problem-solvers and choreographers, and we play an important role in enabling efficiency, best practice and effective relationship management.
We're happy to consider applications to work on a part-time, flexible and job share basis wherever possible (minimum 0.8 FTE - equivalent of 4 days per week, stated salary to be pro-rata).
This role is eligible for hybrid working with a minimum of 20% on site, with Tuesdays as our in-office day.

You will have strong programme and project management skills and can adopt them in a nuanced and flexible way to suit the needs of the department. You will also have an excellent understanding of the importance of strong relationship management, with both internal and external stakeholders, and high-level administration.
You will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent organisation and interpersonal skills. You can manage both programmes and people, in terms of being collaborative, communicative, accountable and understanding.
You can manage your own time and workload, as well as deliver outcomes to a high standard. You will be able to quickly assimilate information and professionally represent Advancement in appropriate forums.
