The Opportunity:



Are you passionate about shaping strategic transformation across complex portfolios? We're looking for a Senior Portfolio Management Consultant to lead the interface between our CTO function, business portfolio owners, and CIO transformation leads. This role is pivotal in enabling the development of our transformation portfolio, defining initiative roadmaps, and ensuring successful initiation and delivery.


You'll work across diverse business units, providing thought leadership and maintaining an enterprise-wide view of our holistic portfolio. Your insights will help align strategic themes with actionable initiatives, while identifying key interdependencies and risks.


Your New Role:



Lead the shaping and direction of transformation objectives across business areas (e.g., Claims, Insurance), building senior stakeholder consensus. Ensure business initiatives align with company strategy and enterprise architecture impacts are understood. Develop holistic portfolio capability views to inform initiative sequencing and prioritisation. Shape portfolio initiatives and support transition to delivery teams, ensuring alignment across stakeholders. Identify complex, high-risk, or cross-functional programmes and enable successful outcomes. Actively contribute to Steering Committees, monitoring progress and resolving issues. Engage with senior executives to understand emerging priorities and provide strategic guidance. Advocate for governance frameworks that ensure consistent oversight and assurance across the portfolio.

About you:



Significant experience leading portfolio management services in large, global, and mature organisations. Strong track record in managing diverse change portfolios across multi-disciplinary areas. Broader change experience gained working in consultancy services including business architecture experience, is ideal Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and influence decision-making across business units. Experience in initiative shaping and early-stage delivery planning alongside managing senior stakeholder relationships and navigating complex challenges. Skilled in navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and cross-functional delivery environments. Strong understanding of governance frameworks and their role in successful change delivery. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
