Based in the heart of Shoreditch, we are an award winning multi-platform production company, social media agency and digital media network who are currently on a quest to find a part time Senior PR Executive/PR Managerto join our Marketing & PR Team - Is this your next opportunity?


As an experienced and versatile PR professional, you will lead a wide range of communications initiatives, including strategic B2B corporate communications support across our sports, entertainment, and consumer brand sectors, while managing consumer PR for Dan Snow's History Hit streaming service and Podcast Network.


Reporting directly into the Group Head of Press and Corp Comms, you will provide both B2B and TV consumer PR support for Dan Snow's History Hit streaming service and podcast network, ensuring a strong media presence in both trade and consumer TV sectors. The role also involves B2B PR for WING, our branded content production agency.


This is a fantastic opportunity to take a lead in delivering PR strategies and strengthening media relations primarily across both our UK and US offices.


The role is based on working 22.5 hours per week, and we can be flexible on the days worked and working pattern.

HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME



Support the development and execution of PR strategies for Little Dot Studios, focusing on trade media across both agency and Network sides of the business. Support B2B and manage TV consumer PR for Dan Snow's History Hit streaming service and Podcast Network, ensuring a strong media presence with a focus on TV campaigns, TV listings press, and consumer communications. Experience with US consumer media is beneficial. Manage B2B PR efforts for WING, our branded content production agency, ensuring seamless communication and relationship-building with key stakeholders. Draft and oversee the creation of press releases, thought leadership, and other media materials across multiple sectors. Manage and identify spokesperson opportunities, including for panels, judging, and opinion pieces. Support in managing crisis communications and PR issues as they arise. Develop key messaging, briefing notes, and press materials for internal stakeholders. Ensure the delivery of media coverage reports, tracking the visibility of results and achievements. Collaborate with the Marketing team and other business verticals to deliver comprehensive communications strategies. Lead the submission process for company-wide awards, ensuring high-quality submissions. Oversee internal PR event management and contribute to event planning and coordination. Lead on media database management, press release distribution, and coverage monitoring. Provide LinkedIn support for PR related activity.



WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED




Skills matter, experience is useful, attitude is everything.

Demonstrable experience in a PR role, with a proven track record in delivering successful PR campaigns, particularly in TV campaigns, TV listings press, and consumer TV PR. Strong leadership skills, with experience managing junior team members and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Excellent writing skills, with the ability to create high-quality, engaging press materials. Experience working across both B2B and TV consumer communications. Deep understanding of the digital, broadcast, sports, and entertainment industries. Proven ability to manage and maintain strong media relationships, especially with trade publications. Knowledge of social media platforms and how to leverage them within a PR strategy. Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Experience in crisis management and managing high-profile campaigns. Previous agency or in-house PR experience is highly advantageous.
