Small Talk Nurseries Wolverhampton, WV6 9HJ - opening soon, we are seeking a passionate, enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Educator with leadership and management experience.

You will be required to work alongside the management team to provide a high level of professional leadership and management to all nursery staff. This will include opening and closing the nursery, coaching and mentoring peers and apprentices, dealing with parent enquiries, conducting show arounds and dealing with external agencies.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the EYFS, Birth to Five and COEL to ensure that all children receive the highest possible standards of care and education.

This position is for maternity cover with potential of permanent afterwards.

Start date 1st December 2025

The position is full time, working between 36-40 hours per week Monday - Friday between 7.30am-6.00pm.

Qualifications:

Hold as a minimum a full and relevant early years and childcare qualification at Level 3 or above

Required experience:

Previous relevant childcare working experience: minimum 2 years
