Position Overview



We are seeking a

Senior Pre-Sales Engineer

to play a pivotal role in large-scale digital transformation and implementation projects. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical knowledge, strong client engagement experience, and the ability to define and deliver scalable, composable solutions -- particularly around

Sitecore Experience Platform

and related technologies.

You will collaborate closely with the Sales and Delivery teams, supporting technical discovery, solution design, and pre-sales strategy. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction, problem-solving, and driving value through innovative digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities



Lead and support

Pre-Sales activities

including solution scoping, demonstrations, and proposals for enterprise-level clients. Develop, configure, and maintain

Horizontal-specific Sitecore product demo environments

and create training documentation for sellers. Build

client-customized demos

for strategic pitches and proposals. Standardize and document

Sitecore technology estimation

, proof-of-concept (POC) frameworks, and integration processes across composable products. Collaborate on creating

connectors, accelerators, and reusable assets

to enhance project delivery efficiency. Evaluate

competitive experience platforms

(e.g., Sitecore XM Cloud, Contentstack, Contentful) to support solution differentiation. Provide

technical thought leadership

to marketing and sales teams. Work closely with clients to refine

business requirements, architecture design, and implementation roadmaps

. Support

delivery teams

during project execution to ensure design integrity and technical feasibility. Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring successful delivery of technology solutions on time and within scope.

Qualifications & Experience



Minimum

8 years of experience

in

pre-sales engineering, consulting, or solution architecture

within the digital experience domain. Strong

client-facing experience

, including engagement with senior stakeholders (C-level). Proven expertise in

Sitecore Experience Platform

, architecture design, and digital experience solutions. Hands-on experience with

cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)

and modern

web development frameworks

. Excellent

stakeholder management and communication skills

with the ability to articulate technical solutions in business terms. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline (Master's preferred).

Preferred Skills / Add-ons



Recognized

Sitecore MVP

or active involvement in the Sitecore community. Strong experience delivering professional services and digital consulting engagements. Familiarity with

POC design, cloud migrations, integrations, and CI/CD

practices. Passion for presenting and engaging clients through impactful demos and workshops.
