About The Role

Ready to shape the future of insurance pricing? RAC is transforming how we use data, and we need a Senior Pricing Analyst to help drive that change. This is your chance to make a real impact--developing cutting-edge pricing strategies, unlocking performance, and influencing decisions across our insurance business.



As part of our Technical Pricing Team, you'll work at the heart of RAC's pricing evolution. You'll lead technical development, mentor junior analysts, and collaborate with commercial and product teams to deliver best-in-class practices. Plus, you'll partner with external insurers to push innovation even further.

What You'll Do

Develop advanced pricing features and data enrichment strategies Deliver analysis that shapes commercial decisions Drive improvements in pricing capability and governance Collaborate across Pricing, Commercial, Product & Finance Mentor junior analysts and champion continuous improvement Ensure compliance with FCA regulations



What You'll Bring

Strong technical pricing experience (insurance preferred) Proficiency in SQL/SAS, Python, Radar/Emblem, Databricks Understanding of data science techniques and commercial application Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Numerical degree (2:1+) and A-level Maths (Grade A+) A proactive, innovative mindset
