Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Private Client Solicitor with 4+ pqe to join our legal practice based in Winchester. The successful candidate will provide expert legal advice and support to private clients on a range of matters, including wills, trusts, estate planning, and probate.

This role requires exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to head up the department including mentoring of junior members of the team.

Responsibilities

Advise clients on legal matters related to wills, trusts, and estate planning. Draft and review legal documents, including wills, powers of attorney, and trust deeds. Manage probate applications and assist clients through the administration of estates. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting private client matters. Collaborate with other professionals, such as financial advisors and accountants, to provide comprehensive service to clients.

Qualifications

Qualified solicitor with a valid practising certificate. Proven experience in private client law is essential. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. High level of attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A commitment to providing exceptional client service and maintaining confidentiality.
