As a Blackline Consultant, you will play a critical role in leading a high-impact project aimed at evaluating Blackline utilization and implementing strategies to maximize efficiency. You will leverage your expertise in solution design and requirements by preparing for and attending workshops, delivering DA content, and presenting tailored solutions for Finance Applications such as Blackline and Tagetik. You will lead both functional and technical teams to ensure the successful delivery of a comprehensive solution and collaborate closely with third-party providers, like Blackline, to meet business needs effectively. Additionally, you will oversee configuration and build activities, implement necessary controls, and manage documentation and approval processes, including Rev Tracs and FRICEW SRs, ensuring seamless project execution and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct solution testing, including unit testing, formal testing, and validation to ensure the solution meets requirements
Provide support for data migration activities, ensuring the accurate migration of relevant data
Assist the business with testing and early go-live activities by providing knowledge and content
Support and prepare for cutover planning and activities, transitioning from the current solution to the new solution
Facilitate technical and business cutover processes
Transfer knowledge to relevant stakeholders, such as BAU support teams, business units, and other functional consultants
Offer early live support and promptly address issue resolution during the post-go-live phase
Provide ongoing support to users in the BAU state, addressing issues and driving process improvements
Apply your technical and domain expertise to partner with Product representatives and teams, define project deliverables, present innovative solutions, and successfully plan and manage corporate initiatives

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Finance
Desired Capabilities:
Experience with SAP FICO is desirable
Experience with the Blackline product is advantageous
Educational background (master's or graduate degree) in business, economics, political science, philosophy, or data analytics
Work experience, ideally in consulting
Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and problem-solving capabilities
Strong analytical skills and structured/critical thinking
A demonstrated work ethic and commitment to growing within a professional services environment
Proficiency in Microsoft tools like Excel and PowerPoint to analyze data and present findings clearly
