to join our Concrete Products team atEIP Worksop

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Lead a team of c.50 colleagues
, including Team Leaders, driving performance in a safety-first culture.Deliver right-first-time, on-time production
, consistently hitting client requirements.Champion quality and continuous improvement
, reducing defects and increasing efficiencies.Foster a culture of inclusion and wellbeing
, role-modelling positive behaviours.Manage budgets and resources
, ensuring cost-effective delivery while planning ahead for future demand.WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
Proven leadership experience in
manufacturing or operational environments
(ideally precast concrete but not essential). Strongpeople management skills
, with the ability to motivate, engage and develop a diverse team. A proactive,problem-solving mindset
, always seeking ways to improve performance. A working knowledge of safety management and commitment to operational excellence.DESIRABLE EXTRAS:
Familiarity with
Excel, Word, Power BI
, or similar operational tools. Commitment tocontinuous professional development
