Your Role

Lead end-to-end test strategy for Finance & Actuarial Transformation.

Oversee SIT, UAT, OAT, regression, and data validation testing.

Coordinate across actuarial, finance, data, and IT teams.

Ensure alignment with IFRS17, regulatory, and statutory standards.

Manage testing across policy, claims, and financial platforms.

Drive non-functional testing: performance, controls, assurance.

Support go-live readiness and post-implementation validation.

Engage senior stakeholders to ensure delivery success.

Your Profile

----------------

20+ years in QA/Quality Engineering with a technical foundation.

10+ years in test delivery for complex transformation programmes.

Deep experience in Finance & Actuarial programme test management.

Strong insurance domain knowledge: claims, reserving, reporting.

Skilled in data platforms, ETL, and enterprise reporting tools.

Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder engagement.

Master's degree in a STEM field; UK-based.

Available to join within 1 month.
