Job Description

Our client is a nationally recognised property law practice, Tier 1 for social housing, with an impressive client base including registered providers, care homes, private developers, and investment funds. The team is at the heart of their real estate practice, handling high-profile development projects from small sites to multi-phase residential schemes, often featured in industry and national press.
This role focuses on site acquisition and development, covering everything from development agreements and conditional contracts to advising on title issues and infrastructure arrangements. You'll support senior partners, lead complex transactions, and help supervise and mentor junior team members, while building strong client relationships across a varied portfolio.
You will have:

5-8 years' PQE in real estate development or site acquisition
Strong drafting, negotiation, and commercial awareness
Experience managing multiple matters and client relationships
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
CILEx Lawyers must have Conveyancing Practice Rights
Knowledge of registered providers/affordable housing is a plus
