An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a Senior Real Estate Litigation Associate to join a top-tier Real Estate disputes team at a highly regarded law firm based in central Manchester.
This role is well suited to an experienced Associate looking to work on high-quality, complex property litigation matters within a nationally recognised team, offering genuine long-term progression and exposure to premium clients.
The Role
You will be joining a leading Real Estate Litigation practice with a strong reputation for handling complex and high-value disputes for a broad client base, including developers, investors, landlords, tenants, corporates and high-net-worth individuals.
Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing a varied caseload of real estate litigation matters, including landlord and tenant disputes, lease renewals, dilapidations, break notices, rights of way, restrictive covenants, development disputes and property-related insolvency matters
• Advising clients on both contentious and strategic property issues from pre-action through to resolution, including mediation and court proceedings
• Drafting and reviewing complex pleadings, correspondence and settlement documentation
• Playing a key role in supervising and mentoring junior lawyers within the team
• Supporting partners on high-profile, high-value matters
• Contributing to business development, client relationship management and the ongoing growth of the practice

Candidate Profile

• Ideally 7+ years' PQE within Real Estate / Property Litigation
• Experience gained within a strong regional, national or top-tier firm
• A solid technical grounding with the ability to handle complex matters autonomously
• Commercially minded with a pragmatic approach to dispute resolution
• Strong client-handling and communication skills
• A collaborative team player with an interest in mentoring and leadership
