An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Real Estate Solicitor to join a well-established and highly regarded firm based in Birmingham.
This role is ideal for an experienced real estate lawyer seeking a senior position within a respected and growing team. You'll advise on a broad range of complex real estate matters, including commercial property transactions, acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, development projects, and asset management.
Alongside leading your own matters, you'll play a key role in supervising and mentoring junior lawyers, supporting business development initiatives, and helping shape the continued growth and strategic direction of the firm's real estate practice in the Birmingham market.
About you:
Qualified solicitor with significant experience in real estate / commercial property law
Strong technical background across commercial property, landlord & tenant, and development work
Confident advising clients independently on complex transactions
Experience supervising, mentoring, or supporting junior team members
Commercial, pragmatic, and solutions-focused approach
