Senior Recruiter

who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about finding top talent. Based in

Milton Keynes

, you'll play a key role in scaling our UK logistics operations by delivering exceptional recruitment strategies, leading high-volume campaigns, and building a world-class team.

What You'll Be Doing:

Recruitment Strategy & Delivery

Own and manage the full recruitment cycle--from sourcing through to onboarding Design and deliver strategic hiring plans aligned to business needs Partner with stakeholders to deliver quality hires on time and within budget
Team Leadership & Development

Mentor and support a small recruitment team, promoting best practices and collaboration Drive a culture of continuous improvement and performance
Volume Hiring & Talent Acquisition

Lead high-volume recruitment campaigns across logistics, warehouse, and supply chain Build talent pipelines using direct sourcing, social media, and recruitment tools
Employer Branding & Insights

Represent JD Logistics at events and online to boost employer visibility Track recruitment KPIs and use insights to enhance hiring outcomes

What We're Looking For:

Experience:

5+ years in recruitment, with at least 3 in logistics, warehouse, manufacturing or supply chain

Industry Know-How:

Solid understanding of logistics operations and volume hiring challenges

Language:

Chinese (Mandarin) language skills are a strong advantage but not essential

Technology:

Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms

Skills:

Exceptional interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving abilities
