Job Description
A growing recruitment company are looking to bring in a new and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant. You will be joining a very supportive team.
- Place suitable candidates into roles to meet client requirements in order to achieve revenue in line with corporate and personal goals
- Support and assist job seekers in finding their ideal jobs
- Develop and manage client and candidate relationships, to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and quality standards
- Help train, coach and develop junior members of the team
- Lead by example in all areas of the role
- Act as a pillar of support to others within the sales department
- Able to demonstrate a 360 recruitment role to coach another members of the team
- 1 + years experience in a senior recruitment consultant role
- Able to support other members of the team and offer advise and guidance
- Understands the full 360 recruitment cycle
- Worked in a temp recruitment previously
- Excellent phone manner
- Able to coach another members of the team and can prove this in a similar role
- Confident to pick up the phone and generate new business
- Hybrid working (2 days at home, 3 days in the office)
