The Role

Manage and grow a warm construction recruitment desk (contract or perm) Build strong relationships with clients and candidates across the UK Source, interview, and place high-quality candidates in construction roles Drive business development and maximise revenue opportunities Collaborate with a successful, experienced team

Proven experience in construction recruitment (agency side) A strong track record of billing success Confidence in business development and client relationship building Passion for recruitment and the construction industry Ambition to grow and progress in a dynamic environment
