What is the Role?
They are on the lookout for a motivated and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to elevate their vibrant team. The ideal candidate will focus on the construction industry, playing a pivotal role in sourcing and attracting top-tier talent for their clients. You will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from identifying potential candidates to offering and onboarding them into their new roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the recruitment process by sourcing and attracting candidates through various platforms, including job boards, social media, and industry networking events.
Screen CVs and applications to identify qualified professionals for construction and commercial positions.
Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and their cultural fit within specific organizations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their unique hiring needs and provide customized recruitment solutions.
Mentor and support junior consultants in effective candidate sourcing and engagement strategies.
Maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system, ensuring compliance with recruitment processes.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey, advocating for both clients and candidates.
Job Requirements:
Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably in the construction or commercial sector.
Strong expertise in managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients and candidates alike.
Demonstrated capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
Proficient in using recruitment software and social media platforms for candidate sourcing.
Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented approach to recruitment.
