Position: Recruitment Consultant
Sector: Driving & Industrial
Location: Heathrow
Salary: 28,000 - 32,000 Basic + OTE + Amazing Commission
Due to new contracts and continued growth my Client is currently looking to recruit an additional team member for their busy Temp Driving Division at Heathrow.
The opportunity:
Opportunity to shape your own desk with full autonomy
Creating and building long term client relationships, through both telephone contact and face-to-face meetings
B2B sales activity: Proactively developing new and existing business - warm leads and lots of scope
Obtain and gain a full understanding of client hiring requirements and recruitment processes
Recruitment: sourcing and interviewing candidates
Developing and maximising a network of client and candidate professionals
Service management: compliance, administration, payroll, maintaining records and systems
Marketing, advertising, promotional activities and working to targets
Working closely with the team to ensure a positive and customer focused company culture.
About you:
You will have a proven track record working with a Temp Driving Recruitment Agency
The successful candidate must be motivated
An excellent face to face and telephone manner and a willingness to work both individually and as part of a strong team is key.
Ability to maintain a high service of care to Candidaets and Clients alike
Sales driven
Career minded
Organised
PC literate
