Senior Recruitment Consultant - Newport/Cardiff
Basic Salary: 30,000 - 35,000 DOE + Bonus + Benefits
Full-time | Permanent | Hybrid working considered
Due to an internal promotion, our client is looking to appoint an experienced
Recruitment Consultant
ready to take the next step toSenior Consultant
level, or aSenior Consultant
looking for a fresh and exciting challenge.You'll be joining an established team in a growing Newport office (open for nearly a year), inheriting a
warm desk
and the chance to work across a wide geographical patch includingNewport and Cardiff
, withminimal restrictions
on temporary and permanent recruitment solutions.What We're Looking For:
Previous recruitment experience is essential
- this is a must to progress to the interview stage. A strong track record inbusiness development
and deliveringend-to-end recruitment solutions
. Solid understanding of recruitment processes, compliance, andemployment legislation
. Confident withpay/charge rates, competitive margins
, and exceeding150k+ in annual billings
