Due to natural growth and a high-volume of client requirements, our Clean Tech team are looking to add a Senior Recruitment to the team. You will be supporting the further growth and development of our Power Electronics vertical.


From day one, you will receive the support to really get stuck into the market, with access to existing client relationships and 25+ live requirements specific to the Power Electronics space. This is an opportunity for you to hit the ground running and become a true niche market expert.

The role:



What you'll be doing:


Working alongside the manager of our Clean Tech team, to further expand our Power Electronics presence into a global operation


Identifying opportunities across the US within Power Electronics and playing an integral part in developing our 360 business: pitching new clients, negotiating terms and delivering on world class candidates


Win the client, not just the job - collaborate closely with our client solutions and marketing teams to provide attractive pitch documents and the best solution offerings to potential clients


Attending international events and client meets with budget to go to the US once a quarter, when needed

The Requirements:



2+ years 360 recruitment experience within a technical market - exposure to hardware or electronics is desirable Proven track record in new business development - winning new logos and encouraging repeat business through the delivery of projects Commitment to the US market - although we offer a lot of flexibility and autonomy, you will be working a US market, so there will be an expectation to be available for clients and candidates outside of typical UK hours A community led approach - happy to be involved with marketing, networking and market focused podcasts to build a network of world class Power Electronics professionals
