360 Recruitment Consultant - Traffic Management | West Midlands | 30-40K + Commission + Premium Car | OTE 50k+

We're on the hunt for a sharp, no-nonsense Recruitment Consultant/Operations Manager who knows how to run a busy desk and wants to run it like it's their own business. This is a hot desk in traffic management with 9 years of trading history, active clients, and a ready-to-go workforce.

You'll be stepping into a live setup -- not building from scratch. Back office, payroll, training centre, HR - all in place. We just need you to take the lead and drive it forward.

What you'll be doing:

Managing and growing an active temp desk focused on traffic management Maintaining existing client relationships while building new ones Co-ordinating workforce logistics, shift planning, and candidate care Solving real-time problems under pressure Leading by example -- with the ambition to build a team under you

Must-haves:

2+ years in recruitment or operations (ideally temps / construction / TM / logistics) Clean UK driving licence Resilience - Thick skin and calm head - you'll be dealing with direct clients A commercial mindset and isn't afraid to pick up the phone Organised, tech-savvy, and naturally communicative Wants to lead, build, and shape a growing department
The company commission package will be shared with all short-listed applicants prior to interview.

O.T.E for the right person - 50k+
