Salary - Up to 38082.60 per year inclusive of sleep-in shifts at 50.00 per night and 30 hours overtime per month

We have an opportunity for Senior Residential Support Workers to join our team in our children's home in Abergavenny, supporting up to 4 Young People with Emotional & Behavioural Disorders. All our homes are based in a semi-rural location to ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for the individuals we support.

To be a successful Senior Residential Support Worker, you'll need:
QCF/NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care (Children and Young People or Adults)
Minimum of 1 years' experience working in Care.
A willing attitude and a caring, reliable nature.
Compassion and empathy.
Enthusiasm to promote independence and choice.
A strong work ethic, flexibility, self-motivation, and resilience.
Excellent communication skills.
Due to the requirements of the role the minimum age requirement for the role is 22 years of age.
Full UK manual driving license (This is essential due to the needs of the Young People we support).
