Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor support workers, promoting best practice and trauma-informed care. Develop and implement care plans tailored to each young person's needs. Provide direct support focusing on emotional well-being, safety, and development. Manage complex situations including safeguarding, in line with policies and regulations. Foster a positive team culture and work collaboratively with external professionals. Participate in reflective practice, team meetings, and training delivery.
Requirements

QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (Children and Young People)

or significant experience in a CYP residential setting. At least

1 year supporting young people

(Essential) and

1 year in a supervisory role

(preferred). Aged 21 or over. A

full UK manual driving licence

. Compassionate, resilient, and skilled in communication, safeguarding, and trauma-informed approaches.
