Liverpool

14.50 per hour

+ 65 per sleep-in + flexible shifts + career progression

The Role - Team Leader

Are you a passionate and experienced support worker ready to take the next step? We're looking for a Team Leader to join our amazing home in Liverpool. You'll help lead a dedicated team, be a role model for high-quality care, and work closely with children to help shape their futures.

Every day is different - whether you're supporting your team, writing care plans, mentoring new staff, or simply being a steady, positive presence for the children - your role will matter.

What You'll Do:

Lead and support your team to deliver outstanding care Be a key player in the day-to-day running of the home Mentor staff and promote a culture of learning and support Ensure care plans and records are up to date and child-focused Safeguard children and ensure their well-being is always the top priority Help create a home where children feel safe, supported, and happy

What We're Looking For:

At least 2 years' experience in a children's residential setting Level 3/4 Diploma in Children & Young People's Workforce Strong leadership skills - confident, caring, and proactive A true passion for making a difference Understanding of safeguarding, regulations, and what excellent care looks like
