Your Role:
As a Senior Leader, you will:
Supervise, mentor, and guide our dedicated support staff during shifts.
Lead day to day care planning and routines, ensuring high standards of care and safeguarding.
Update placement plans and assess risk management strategies.
Write detailed reports and contribute to LAC and PEP reviews, while managing petty cash and activity planners.
Who You Are:
We are looking for someone with:
A minimum of
12 months experience in a residential childcare setting
.
An NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare or a commitment to obtain it.
Strong understanding of safeguarding and behaviour management.
The ability to lead by example and support junior staff.
A full UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK with at least
3 years residency
.
