14.50 per hour + 60 per sleep-in

Full-time (average 40 hours/week, rota including sleep-ins)

The Role

As a

Senior Residential Support Worker

, you will:

Lead shifts and guide Residential Support Workers. Ensure care plans are followed and each young person's needs are met. Promote education, safety, and emotional well-being. Support transitions to independence or family reintegration. Maintain accurate records and uphold safeguarding standards.

About You

Level 3 Diploma

in Residential Childcare (or working towards). Experience in residential childcare (senior experience desirable). Strong communication skills and emotional resilience. Committed to child-focused, ethical care.

Full UK driving licence required.
