We are seeking a Senior Residential Support Worker for our brand new home in Urmston where we support 4 adults with autism and learning disabilities.

The hourly rate for this role is 13.65, you will be required to complete 1 sleep in shift per week at a an additional payment of 60.

Responsibilities
To always act as a senior member of the team, but to also be allocated specific "SRSW of the Day" shifts, where they lead the team and hold responsibility for running of the shift and appropriate decision making.
Senior Residential Support Worker's are expected to deliver and role model the highest standards of teamwork, and maintain strong reporting/recording systems.
Senior Residential Support Worker's are expected to embrace and engage with continuous improvement of the home, and professional development for themselves and members of the team.
Senior Residential Support Worker's (SRSWs) will strive for continuous improvement of the home. They will always role model high quality, person centred care, and promote the best, creative, and innovative practice.
To be successful in the role you will
Have previous care experience
Demonstrate a high level of resilience
Be proactive, engaging and approachable
Full training will be provided as well as enrolment onto our Senior Development Programme.
A full driving license is preferred.
