Senior Sales Admin & Credit Controller

The Role:




We are looking to recruit a committed, knowledgeable and self-motivated Senior Sales Admin & Credit Controller for our Accounts Receivable team. This is a new role following a restructure of the finance department and will report to the Accounts Receivable Manager.



The successful candidate will be assisting the Accounts Receivable Manager in the operation of an efficient Sales Ledger function.



Responsibilities:




Main duties will include;Daily online payment reconciliation Credit control Enter daily sales into Microsoft Dynamics and Seatgeek Support with resolving payment queries Monthly bank reconciliation Monthly balance sheet reconciliations Support in raising Sales ledger invoices as required Reconciliation of nominal and sales ledger accounts Bad debt provision

Payment plan and adhoc reporting



The Person:




We are looking for someone who has:


Previous experience in credit control or accounts receivable Proven ability to manage high volumes of payments and large financial transactions Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset Proficiency in financial systems and Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, etc.) - desirable Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Experience in financial reconciliation, reporting, and month-end processes - desirable A proactive attitude and the ability to take initiative
