Senior Sales Administrator
to help drive service excellence across our customer accounts.
About the Role
4 on 4 off shift pattern
6am- 6pm
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you'll take ownership of key customer accounts, lead daily order processing, and support the wider team in delivering accurate, timely, and efficient service. You'll also act as a point of leadership in the absence of the Supervisor, helping to guide and train others while ensuring smooth operations across systems and teams.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain high service levels across major customer accounts
Lead and support the team when the Supervisor is unavailable
Manage the onboarding of new customers from start to finish
Identify training needs and support team development
Process daily orders and upload to ERP (Prophet), ensuring accuracy
Book transport and manage stock allocation for next/same-day delivery
Monitor product usage and maximise yield efficiency
Prepare data and updates for daily operations meetings
Resolve account queries and liaise with customer operations teams
Maintain ERP records including pallet maintenance and job sheets
Issue packing guides and ensure cost-effective ancillary usage
Perform weekend pre-checks and support system updates
Reconcile work order stock and investigate discrepancies
Monitor KPIs and ensure accurate documentation
Support ad-hoc admin tasks and uphold company policies
What You'll Bring
Strong communication and organisational skills
Experience in fresh produce or FMCG environments
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
ERP experience (Prophet preferred)
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work collaboratively and lead by example
A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
