The Role: Senior Sales Associate (Womenswear)

As a

Senior Sales Associate

, you'll be at the heart of our

Womenswear Department

, inspiring confidence and delivering exceptional service with every interaction. You'll act as a trusted style advisor, a brand ambassador, and a key support to management -- driving sales, nurturing relationships, and helping shape the in-store experience that defines Excel.

Deliver

What You'll Bring

Proven retail experience

(1+ year) -- ideally within premium or luxury fashion A natural talent for

building relationships

and creating memorable experiences

Confidence and professionalism

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 24 per week
