Founding Sales Development Representative



London | Hybrid | 35-40k base + 15k-20k OTE (uncapped commission)

We're hiring on behalf of an established, high-growth client and this is your chance to be the first Business Development Representative on the ground.

If you've already cut your teeth in business development and you're ready to build something from the ground up, this role is for you.

The Opportunity



You'll be the driving force behind new business growth. Creating, qualifying, and developing high-value opportunities across multiple sectors.

Our client has deep roots in property, luxury, and healthcare, backed by 35 years of reputation, credibility, and long-standing client relationships. Now, they're expanding into new markets, and you'll help lead that charge.

As a founding BDR, you'll:

Work directly with the Founding Partner - no layers, no red tape. Lead targeted outbound campaigns and convert inbound leads into qualified opportunities. Build relationships with senior decision-makers and position a proven, industry-leading solution that genuinely impacts clients. Shape the new business playbook and influence how sales is done from day one.

What They're Looking For



You're not a spray-and-pray prospector, you care about quality conversations and understanding the client's world. You know how to:

At least 1 year of experience in Outbound sales A Strong sales acumen Research and find the right people in target accounts. Craft messaging that resonates, not annoys. Build trust, uncover pain points, and open doors to meaningful meetings. If you perform, there's a clear path to build and lead your own team as growth continues.

Compensation



Salary

- 35-40,000 base + 15k-20k commission (up to 50-55k OTE)
