We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team full-time. This is a performance-driven role where your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to warm leads, engage and qualify prospects, and transfer them to licensed insurance agents for closing.
We are looking for a confident and skilled communicator with a proven track record in appointment setting, warm lead qualification, and live transfers. You must be able to build quick rapport, identify intent, and ensure smooth hand-offs to our licensed agents.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to warm, pre-qualified leads provided daily
Engage prospects, build rapport, and identify their needs
Qualify leads based on set criteria and ensure they're ready for transfer
Transfer interested and qualified prospects to licensed insurance agents
Maintain detailed records of each interaction using our CRM system
Meet daily and weekly KPIs (calls made, transfers completed, etc.)
Requirements:
3+ years of experience as an SDR, appointment setter, or similar role in insurance or sales
Proven experience with warm lead handling and live call transfers
Excellent communication, objection-handling, and listening skills
Strong understanding of customer service and sales techniques
Ability to work full-time in a fast-paced environment
Experience using CRM tools like GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar
Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment
