We're now looking for our first
Sales Development Representative (SDR)
to help us bring our solution to more of the right people. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you'll shape how outbound is done at Test Partnership, and lay the foundation for future growth.
As an SDR (Sales Development Representative), you'll be actively generating qualified meetings with prospective clients who match our ideal customer profile.
What you'll do
Own top-of-funnel outreach: identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospects
Run outbound campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and other creative channels
Work closely with the founder to experiment with messaging and iterate quickly
Book meetings and hand over warm, qualified leads to our technical sales team
Track activity and performance, using insights to improve outreach
Help define and build the SDR workflow as the business scales
Experiment with new tools like prospecting tools, automations, CRM addons, email drip campaigns, LinkedIn plugins etc.
What we're looking for
At least 12 months' experience within a SDR or similar role (BDR, GTM, prospecting, outbound sales, etc).
Quick learner. You'll get up to speed quickly with new tools and work out your own intelligent ways of working.
Perseverance. You'll be happy trying multiple contact routes with strategic follow-ups.
Attention to detail. You'll use a CRM to maintain accurate records of who you've contacted, what they said, and when to follow-up.
Excellent written skills. You'll be a clear communicator who can write compelling, concise messages.
Ambitious self-starter. You'll be proactive, goal-focused, and self-motivated.
We'll be using our own candidate assessment platform as a fair and accurate way to assess you on these qualities. So you'll get a candidate's view of what we sell to our clients ;)

What We Offer
Salary: 35,000 base + performance bonus (50,000 OTE uncapped)
Hybrid working: Two days per week in our London office, remote working the rest of the week.
