The Role:
As Senior Sales Executive, you'll lead business development-- identifying, pitching and closing opportunities with key decision-makers. Your focus will be on building long-term relationships and delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage your own pipeline of new business opportunities
Engage and consult with senior stakeholders across a variety of industries
Deliver effective proposals and close deals
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Represent Avena
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in environmental, waste or facilities sectors
Strong consultative sales skills and ability to win trust
2 years+ experience in B2B sales
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Results-driven mindset with a passion for sustainability
Based in Norfolk (some UK travel)
Evidence of managing complex sales with more than 1 decision maker
