Senior Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and convert walk-in, online, and social media clients

into loyal customers.

Confidently present, negotiate, and close sales

of high-value diamond and gemstone jewellery. Deliver a

luxury client experience

and build lasting relationships. Consistently

achieve and exceed sales targets

Lead and mentor

the sales team to drive store performance.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years' proven experience in luxury retail sales

, with

diamond jewellery expertise a strong advantage

. Proven ability to

close sales and hit targets

.

Excellent communication skills

, confidence with clients, and strong interpersonal ability.

Confident, professional, and highly motivated

.

Team player with leadership potential

; prior management experience is an advantage. Knowledge of

videography and social media

is a plus.

Salary & Benefits

Senior Sales Executive:

24,500 - 35,000

per year (DOE).

Management Role:

35,000+

per year (DOE). Attractive

commission structure

based on sales targets.
