We are seeking a dynamic, commercially driven professional to lead the growth of strategic partnerships and manage a strong customer pipeline of CNG end users, advancing the energy transition for heavy and light commercial vehicles (HGVs and LCVs) to CNG. This role demands strong expertise in alternative fuels--Electric, HVO, CNG, and Biomethane--and proven ability in structuring and negotiating complex commercial agreements. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in connecting suppliers and end users, shaping innovative solutions, and driving the adoption CNG. Consultative selling, partnership building and confidentce presenting at C-Suite is essential.
Key responsibilities
Drive Sales Growth:
Develop and manage a pipeline of corporate transport and energy customers, encouraging the transition from diesel to biomethane. Target sectors include truck and fleet operators, temporary power generation (construction, events, festivals), and off-grid EV charging. Collaborate with the equipment sales team to introduce new biomethane users, driving growth in gas sales from Bennamann customer producing Biomethane.
Strategic Partnerships:
Identify, engage, and secure partnerships with businesses operating high diesel-use fleets, including truck operators, fuel providers, power generation, utilities, construction, developers, and event/festival companies. The role requires strong value-selling expertise, ideally within alternative fuels, vehicles, or equipment. Experience working with truck fleets is highly desirable to drive CNG adoption

- Technical sales experience working in B2B roles and developing pipelines
- Proven ability to develop solution sales, close complex deals and manage long sales cycles
- Strong network within the renewable energy ecosystem and associated markets
- Excellent communication, influencing, negotiation, and leadership skills with ability to present at C-suite
Ideally with technical sales experience in the renewable energy sector
Location - ideally close to the Warwick area where we will be setting up a new commercial office in the coming months, however travel is a key requirement of the role.
All candidates must have the current legal right to work in the UK and be available for immediate start

Pay: 55,000.00-65,000.00 per year
