Senior Sales Manager

to develop and manage client relationships within the local market.

Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage the UK sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets. Identify and build long-term relationships with fashion brands, designers, sourcing teams, and garment manufacturers. Drive B2B sales of sustainable woven fabrics in the UK fashion and apparel market. Present and promote Yositex's sustainable fabric collections, offering professional advice to meet client needs from sampling to bulk production. Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules in alignment with internal teams (production, logistics, design, and QC). Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and on-site customer meetings.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience

in textiles, preferably in woven or sustainable fabrics. Solid network within the UK fashion and apparel industry. Strong knowledge of textile production and sourcing processes, with an understanding of sustainability trends. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Pay: From 60,000.00 per year
