The Sales Negotiator will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
Duties
Booking valuations
Conducting valuations
Listing properties
Negotiating Sales
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide appropriate product recommendations.
Assist in the registering of potential buyers
Listening to potential buyers requirements and selling the best suited property
Liaising with customers to answer any queries they have
Arranging property viewings
Conducting property viewings
Qualifications
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
Excellent organisational skills, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn is key.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software is beneficial.
