Your Responsibilities as a Senior Sales Negotiator:
As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for qualifying applicants, identifying their needs, showcasing suitable properties, and negotiating offers and conducting market appraisals.
Your Skills and Experience:
You have a demonstrable track record of success within residential property sales and conducting market appraisals..
You are target driven and have consistently met/exceeded KPIs (calls, viewings, offers and sales).
You have a strong understanding of the sales process and current legislation.
You have a comprehensive understanding of the London property market.
You are proactive and tenacious.
You hold a valid driving licence AND OWN A CAR
