Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Sales Negotiator to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving our sales efforts and offers an exciting opportunity to progress into a Sales Manager position, based on performance and leadership potential.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Sales Negotiation:
Lead and manage high-value negotiations, securing beneficial terms for both clients and the company.
Business Development:
Identify new business opportunities through market research and analysis.
Performance Tracking:
Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Pipeline Management:
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and deal closures.
Customer Feedback:
Collect and analyze customer feedback to drive product/service improvements and enhance customer experience.
Administrative Duties:
Manage sales contracts, proposals, and related documentation with precision and compliance.
Valueing Properties:
Undertaking market appriasals to provide accurate values and winning new buisness.
Qualifications
Experience:
At least [3-5] years of sales experience with a proven track record in negotiation, closing deals and valuing property.
